Mini Research 2- How does daily math games/activities improve fluency with basic facts?

We have just completed 14 days of implementing daily math games to help improve fluency with basic math facts. After administering a weekly two minute time test to students, 15 out of 19 students have shown anywhere from plus 1 to plus 15 correct with addition facts. It averages out to be an improvement of about 6 facts per student for those students who showed an increase. There are 4 students who showed a decrease in the number of math facts correct.
As we have been working with partners, I am going to attempt to be a partner with these students throughout the next week. It will give me a better understanding of why there are not making gains. So far I have been partners with students who have been off task and who have a difficult time in working with others.
I am really curious to see how students will perform on the oral assessment. Will it show comparable data to the written performance?
As far as subtraction, I have seen an overall improvement of students' scores. 17 out of 19 students made positive gains of anywhere from 3 to 15 subtractions facts answered correctly. It averages out to be around 9 facts per student for students who showed an increase score.
I know this is a short time frame in collecting data. I wonder how the outcome would be if this was done over the course of a couple months? I am curious to see what my data shows at the end of the 4 week study. Will daily math games/activities improve fluency with basic math facts? It looks like it already has but how much growth can occur in one more week?
